NO CHILDREN/ANIMALS

Although we are huge animal lovers, and we do love kids- for the enjoyment of your salon experience and the relaxation of other guests, children and animals are not permitted in the salon. The minimum age for all guests is 13 years old. We are an upscale, mature salon that caters to the needs and desires of an adult clientele. Liquid offers an escape from the daily grind and allows you to enjoy a relaxing, well-earned experience you will look forward to routinely without the nuisance of a crying or whining child and without the fear of using adult language or enjoying a glass of wine. 

DEPOSITS

There will be a $50 non-refundable deposit required upon booking for all chemical, extension, and updo services. If you need to change or cancel your appointment, you must do so with a minimum of 24 hours notice. Failure to do so will result in the loss of your deposit. If you reschedule your appointment with a minimum 24 hours notice, your deposit will be transferred to your next appointment. Again, deposits are non refundable and are only transferable. No exceptions. 

BLONDING SERVICES/COLOR CORRECTIONS

All color services require a mandatory free 15 minute consultation to ensure timing and pricing.

EXTENSIONS

We are proud to utilize only the finest quality extensions on the market to add volume, length, or color work to your hair. We offer hand-tied wefts, tape ins and keratin bonds. Extensions can be worn long term (with regular maintenance appointments, usually ranging about 4-6 weeks). If you are considering extensions, we would be happy to provide you a consultation. 

CONFIRMATION CALLS

As a courtesy, 24-48 hours prior to your appointment, you will receive a conformation text or call. If you do not confirm and we are unable to reach you to confirm, your appointment still stands. A no-show will result in forfeiture of your $50 deposit.

TIMING YOUR APPOINTMENTS

Please allow plenty of time for your appointment. We want to you to truly enjoy your visit and look forward to coming to the salon. Luxury hair appointments can last 3-4+ hours for a color, refresh, highlight, glaze and blowout. If you have any concerns regarding duration of appointments, please feel free to contact the salon or consult with your stylist in advance.

PRICING STRUCTURE

Services vary in price depending on the stylist's experience. Feel free to ask your stylist if you are unsure how our pricing structure works or schedule a consultation and we will assess your needs.

We love being a part of a wonderful gift you may give to a loved one, business colleague, client or friend. When you purchase a gift card from us, you are purchasing a promise that we will give the recipient the best experience we can! Virtual gift cards are available!
